The number of organizations and businesses, which are facing cultural diversity issues, and are struggling with the implementation of diversity projects, is increasing. Many of them try to boil the ocean, only to discover later that it is in fact very intense work, requiring an enormous amount of time and energy, and a level of experience in dealing with the issues.

‘Me & society’ has the knowledge, experience and network to help organizations and businesses deal with all diversity related issues. Apart from first-hand experience, we have followed the developments of diverse organizations very closely and in this way, have witnessed their successes, but also their missteps. From this, we have drawn valuable lessons that we aim to share with our clients, helping them to avoid the usual pitfalls.
